MPEG-TS Capter & Transfer
It is by way of IEEE1394 and a tool of the MPEG-TS stream from the HDV camera and D-VHS, etc. from which it is written capture and returns it.
Capture can be preserved in the file by selecting either of the forms of 192 bytes a byte with the form of one packet 188 byte without the time stamp or the time stamp.
It writes and the returned stream corresponds to the form of one packet 188 byte without the time stamp and the form of one packet 192 byte with the time stamp.
The capture of the stream of the DV form corresponded as an extra. (It preserves it in AVI file of the TYPE1 format. )

To register the filter for the transmission of the MPEG-TS stream when starting, this application rewrites the registry.
If this filter registration doesn't execute the application by the manager authority, it doesn't operate well.
Please execute m2tcat.exe by the manager authority when you use this application with Windows Vista and Windows 7.
